Hello, I am Shannon Zambo.  I graduated from The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in 1998 from their Culinary program and worked in a number of kitchens in Vancouver, Canada. However, I always felt drawn to the baking and pastry side of the kitchen. I started cake decorating in 2008 after I  volunteered to make a friend’s wedding cake. Since then, I have developed my skills and learned many new techniques. I continue to learn and challenge myself with bigger and better cakes!
